Sidepad is a Chrome extension that allows you to capture text from web pages and organize it into structured Markdown documents saved locally on your device.

You may use Sidepad for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for all content you capture and create using the extension.

4. Intellectual Property

Sidepad and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sidepad. The text you capture and documents you create belong to you.

5. No Warranty

Sidepad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidepad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the extension.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
